| The Myers-Briggs
Type Indicator® (MBTI®) is the most widely
used personality assessment in the world with a
proven record of reliability spanning more than
60 years. Based on Carl Jung’s theory of personality,

Inventory ® is the most respected and widely
used career planning instrument in the world. For
more than 75 years, it has helped thousands of individuals—from
high school and college students to mid-career workers
seeking a change—in their search for a rich
and fulfilling career. The Strong uses John Holland’s
theory of career types (Social, Conventional, Investigative,
Enterprising, Creative, and Realistic). It includes
30 Basic Interest Scales, 6 updated General Occupational
Themes, 244 Occupational Scales, and 5 measures

| The Highlands Ability
Battery is based on 75 years of research beginning
with the work of Johnson O’Connor. Abilities
are hard-wired in each of us at birth. They can
be measured after the age of fourteen. The Highlands
Ability Battery uses objective hands-on work samples,
to measure 22 natural abilities. The Highlands Report
explains how to use abilities to find the working
